Food & Beverage Services

During the curling season (October to mid-March), the GCC is pleased to offer full food service service. During Spring League from mid-March until mid-April, the menu gets consolidated.  Once our ice comes out, we only offer food from our event menu. Click on the links below to see what's on offer.

• Spring League menu (Mid-March to mid-April)
• Event menu (larger groups, year-round).

The GCC bar is very well-stocked, with eight draft beer taps, well and top-shelf spirits; a great wine list; one of the largest selections of zero-alcohol beer in the city; and a portable "keg-erator" to serve cold-ones throughout the facility (including Margaritas on tap!). In addition to convential no-host pricing, we can offer a variety of options for groups on who pays for what.

Lounge Rentals

The GCC is pleased to host functions year-round in our second-floor lounge. The lounge overlooks our six sheets of ice; and during the daytime has natural light from a south-facing exposure. It's accessible by stairs as well as an elevator.

Our lounge can be used for the following:

• Curling-related parties and banquets
• Breakout/volunteer space for spring/summer arena rentals
• Weddings
• Celebrations of life
• Birthday and anniversary parties
• Corporate and community meetings 

We often have live-music in the lounge, ranging from solo performers to 5-piece bands; so if you're considering having that as part of your event, you can book your own entertainment or feel free to ask us for a recommendation.

We can accommodate up to 110 people for a seated, buffet service; and 140 for a stand-up cocktail service. Rates vary based on whether your group is also renting the arena (in-season or off-season). Please contact us at info@garrisoncurling.com for more information.
