Learn to Curl  

Each session consists of instruction and game play. Registrants build league play confidence, all while meeting potential future teammates.Support is also provided on how to integrate into the community once you’ve become a curler.

 

Cost includes rental equipment. Participants just need to wear stretchy pants, layered clothing and clean (flat, preferably rubber soled) indoor running shoes. For more information and to register:

Session 1 Crash course
This is perfect for people with little to no curling experience. It teaches the foundation of the slide and the core principles of the game. Players will gain the skills to play in a recreational league. Cost is $100 per person, with a maximum of 24 participants. ADULTS ONLY.

Session 2 Refresher
This three day program is designed for novice curlers who want to get better. It helps to re-teach the fundamentals of the delivery through drills and one-on-one activities. Cost is $100 per person, with a maximum of 24 participants. ADULTS ONLY.

  • 6:30 - 8:30PM

 

Session 3 Five week program
This comprehensive course is spread out over five weeks. It gives new to beginner curlers the ability to play in a recreational league. Cost is $125 per person, with a maximum of 16 participants. ADULTS ONLY. 

  • Saturdays: 3:50 to 5:50PM
  • October 14, 21, 28, November 11, 18

 

Curling Lessons
 Need some one on one help, or is your team looking to get better? Book a lesson with one of our Curling Canada NCCP certified instructors. Cost is $50/hour.

 

If you have never curled before and you are looking to try the sport, a rental group option with 30 minutes of introductory lessons and an hour and an half of additional ice time may be recommended.
